Paper currency and coins are common forms of legal tender in many countries. Legal tender money is a type of payment that is protected by law. A legal tender, also known as the forced tender, is a very secured and it is impossible to deny the legal tender while subsiding a debt which is assigned in the same medium of exchange. The term legal tender does not represent the money itself; rather it is a kind of status which can be bestowed on certain types of money. / कानूनी निविदा कानून द्वारा अनुमत भुगतान का एक माध्यम है या किसी वित्तीय दायित्व को पूरा करने के लिए वैध होने के लिए कानूनी प्रणाली द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त है। कई देशों में कागजी मुद्रा और सिक्के कानूनी निविदा के सामान्य रूप हैं। लीगल टेंडर मनी एक प्रकार का भुगतान है जो कानून द्वारा संरक्षित है। एक कानूनी निविदा, जिसे जबरन निविदा के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, एक बहुत ही सुरक्षित है और विनिमय के एक ही माध्यम में सौंपे गए ऋण को कम करते हुए कानूनी निविदा को अस्वीकार करना असंभव है। कानूनी निविदा शब्द स्वयं धन का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करता है; बल्कि यह एक प्रकार का हैसियत है जो कुछ विशेष प्रकार के धन पर दिया जा सकता है।
