No demand for grant under this head can be reduced or rejected. / भारत की संचित निधि पर प्रभारित मदों पर विचार-विमर्श किया जा सकता है, लेकिन विभाजन के किसी भी सदन में मतदान नहीं किया जा सकता है। इस मद में अनुदान की किसी भी मांग को कम या अस्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता है।
