Diastase was the very first enzyme discovered. This enzyme helps break down carbohydrates and turn them into sugar, which makes them easier to digest. It is found ins uch sources as milk, saliva and other plants. /डायस्टेस सबसे पहले खोजा गया एंजाइम था। यह एंजाइम कार्बोहाइड्रेट को तोड़ने और उन्हें चीनी में बदलने में मदद करता है, जिससे उन्हें पचाना आसान हो जाता है। यह दूध, लार और अन्य पौधों जैसे स्रोतों में पाया जाता है।
