Explanation / व्याख्यात्मक विवरण :- 

Almost all the swimming birds have webbed feet which propel them when they are fishing or pursuing a prey into the water. The short legs are situated far towards the lower belly, in order to make easier the swimming action. Flamingos are the exception, gathering both the long legs of the shorebirds and the webbed feet of the ducks. It can feed in deep water and walk easily. Except the Laridae which are more similar to other birds and are able to swim and to walk, all the web-footed birds are very clumsy when they move on the ground. Finally, humans use similar tools when they add flippers to swim faster! / लगभग सभी तैरने वाले पक्षियों के पैरों में जाल होते हैं जो उन्हें मछली पकड़ने या पानी में शिकार का पीछा करते समय प्रेरित करते हैं। तैरने की क्रिया को आसान बनाने के लिए छोटे पैर निचले पेट की ओर स्थित होते हैं। फ्लेमिंगो अपवाद हैं, जो किनारे के पक्षियों के लंबे पैरों और बत्तखों के वेब वाले पैरों को इकट्ठा करते हैं। यह गहरे पानी में भोजन कर सकता है और आसानी से चल सकता है। लारिडे को छोड़कर जो अन्य पक्षियों के समान हैं और तैरने और चलने में सक्षम हैं, सभी वेब-पैर वाले पक्षी जमीन पर चलते समय बहुत अनाड़ी होते हैं। अंत में, मनुष्य समान उपकरणों का उपयोग करते हैं जब वे तेजी से तैरने के लिए फ्लिपर्स जोड़ते हैं!
