The United Nations promulgated the “Declaration on the Rights of Persons belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities” on 18 December 1992/अल्पसंख्यकों के लिए राष्ट्रीय आयोग हर साल 18 दिसंबर को अल्पसंख्यक अधिकार दिवस मनाता है। संयुक्त राष्ट्र ने 18 दिसंबर 1992 को “राष्ट्रीय या जातीय, धार्मिक और भाषाई अल्पसंख्यकों से संबंधित व्यक्तियों के अधिकारों पर घोषणा” की घोषणा की।
