Plants absorb water from their root hairs on the root via osmosis. It is then transported to other parts of the plant (through the network of xylem vessels) through a combination of capillary action and “transiprational pull.” Water moves through the plant by means of capillary action./ पौधे अपने जड़ के बालों से परासरण के माध्यम से पानी को जड़ से अवशोषित करते हैं। फिर इसे केशिका क्रिया और “ट्रांसिप्रेशनल पुल” के संयोजन के माध्यम से पौधे के अन्य भागों (जाइलम वाहिकाओं के नेटवर्क के माध्यम से) में ले जाया जाता है। केशिका क्रिया के माध्यम से पानी पौधे के माध्यम से चलता है।
