The concept of the Constitution first originated in Britain (1215 AD). The Constitution determines the structure of the political system of a country, under which the people there are governed. The Constitution is divided into two parts i.e. written Constitution and unwritten Constitution.
Written Constitution – India, France, USA Brazil, Australia etc.
Unwritten Constitution– Saudi Arabia, Britain, Oman New Zealand, Israel etc.
संविधान की अवधारणा सबसे पहले ब्रिटेन (1215 ई.) में उत्पन्न हुई। संविधान किसी देश की राजनीतिक व्यवस्था की संरचना निर्धारित करता है, जिसके तहत वहाँ के लोग शासित होते हैं। संविधान को दो भागों में विभाजित किया गया है अर्थात लिखित संविधान और अलिखित संविधान।
लिखित संविधान – भारत, फ्रांस, यूएसए ब्राजील, ऑस्ट्रेलिया आदि।
