The Famous Physician Jivaka was a royal Physician of king Bimbisara court. In service of Mahatma Buddha, Bimbisara sent his royal physician “Jivaka”. Apart from this, even when king Pradyot of Avanti was suffering from Pandu (Jaundice) disease, Bimbisara sent his royal physician to his service.
प्रसिद्ध चिकित्सक जीवक राजा बिंबिसार के दरबार के शाही चिकित्सक थे। महात्मा बुद्ध की सेवा में बिम्बिसार ने अपने राजवैद्य “जीवक” को भेजा। इसके अलावा जब अवंती के राजा प्रद्योत पांडु (पीलिया) रोग से पीड़ित थे, तब भी बिम्बिसार ने अपने राजचिकित्सक को उनकी सेवा में भेजा था।
