Explanation / व्याख्या :-

Originally the Constitution envisaged two types of privileges, under the Article 105 of the Indian Constitution, one is freedom of speech in parliament and the right of publication of its proceeding. The concept of parliamentary privilege has been taken from the British Constitution. Parliamentary privileges are special rights immunities exceptions enjoyed by the members of the two houses of parliament and their committees.

मूल रूप से संविधान में दो प्रकार के विशेषाधिकारों की परिकल्पना की गई थी, भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 105 के तहत, एक संसद में बोलने की स्वतंत्रता और इसकी कार्यवाही के प्रकाशन का अधिकार है। संसदीय विशेषाधिकार की अवधारणा ब्रिटिश संविधान से ली गई है। संसदीय विशेषाधिकार संसद के दोनों सदनों और उनकी समितियों के सदस्यों द्वारा प्राप्त विशेष अधिकार हैं।
