Explanation / व्याख्या :-
According to the Indian Constitution article 75, the Prime Minister will be appointed by the President of India. After that the other ministers will be appointed by President on the advice of the Prime Minister. According to 91st Constitutional Amendment Act, 2003 the number of ministers including Prime Minister in Council of Ministers shall not exceed 15% of capacity of Lok Sabha.
भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 75 के अनुसार, प्रधानमंत्री की नियुक्ति भारत के राष्ट्रपति द्वारा की जाएगी। उसके बाद अन्य मंत्रियों की नियुक्ति प्रधानमंत्री की सलाह पर राष्ट्रपति द्वारा की जाएगी। 91वें संविधान संशोधन अधिनियम, 2003 के अनुसार मंत्रिपरिषद में प्रधानमंत्री सहित मंत्रियों की संख्या लोकसभा की क्षमता के 15% से अधिक नहीं होगी।
