The transport of soluble organic substances (sometimes called assimilates) within a plant is known as translocation. Both the Symplast and the apoplast function in transport within tissues and organs of plants. Water passes into the stele through symplastic route; Water passes into the xylem through apoplastic route.
एक पौधे के भीतर घुलनशील कार्बनिक पदार्थों (कभी-कभी आत्मसात कहा जाता है) के परिवहन को स्थानान्तरण के रूप में जाना जाता है। सिम्प्लास्ट और एपोप्लास्ट दोनों पौधों के ऊतकों और अंगों के भीतर परिवहन में कार्य करते हैं। पानी स्टील में सिम्प्लास्टिक मार्ग से गुजरता है; जल एपोप्लास्टिक मार्ग से जाइलम में प्रवेश करता है।
