Explanation / व्याख्या :-

Globalization started after World War II but has accelerated considerably since the mid-1980s, driven by two main factors. One involves technological advances that have lowered the costs of transportation, communication, and computation; while the other factor has to do with the increasing liberalization of trade and capital markets. More and more countries refused to protect their economies from foreign competition of influence through import tariffs and trade barriers such as import quotas, exports restraints and legal prohibitions. All these helped the cause of international trade. / वैश्वीकरण द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के बाद शुरू हुआ, लेकिन 1980 के दशक के मध्य से दो मुख्य कारकों से प्रेरित होकर इसमें काफी तेजी आई है। एक में तकनीकी विकास शामिल है जिसने परिवहन, संचार और गणना की लागत कम कर दी है; जबकि दूसरा कारक व्यापार और पूंजी बाजार के बढ़ते उदारीकरण से संबंधित है। अधिक से अधिक देशों ने आयात शुल्क और व्यापार बाधाओं जैसे आयात कोटा, निर्यात प्रतिबंध और कानूनी निषेध के माध्यम से अपनी अर्थव्यवस्थाओं को प्रभाव की विदेशी प्रतिस्पर्धा से बचाने से इनकार कर दिया। इन सभी ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार के कारण में मदद की।
