(3) Arun Shourie (born 2 November, 1941) is an Indian journalist, author and politician. He served as an economist with the World Bank (1968–72 and 1975–77), a consultant to the Planning Commission, India, editor of the Indian Express and Times of India and a minister in the government of India (1998–2004). He was awarded the Ramon Magsaysay Award in 1982. / (३) अरुण शौरी (जन्म २ नवंबर, १ ९ ४१) एक भारतीय पत्रकार, लेखक और राजनीतिज्ञ हैं। उन्होंने विश्व बैंक (1968-72 और 1975-77) के साथ एक अर्थशास्त्री के रूप में कार्य किया, योजना आयोग, भारत के सलाहकार, इंडियन एक्सप्रेस और टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंडिया के संपादक और भारत सरकार में मंत्री (1998-2004) । उन्हें 1982 में रेमन मैग्सेसे पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया था।
