Constituent Assembly was formed in November 1946 under the proposals suggested by the Cabinet Mission Plan. Mahatma Gandhi was not a member of the Constituent Assembly. All others were members of the Constituent Assembly.
संविधान सभा का गठन नवंबर 1946 में कैबिनेट मिशन योजना द्वारा सुझाए गए प्रस्तावों के तहत किया गया था। महात्मा गांधी संविधान सभा के सदस्य नहीं थे। अन्य सभी संविधान सभा के सदस्य थे।
