The eleventh Schedule of the Indian Constitution envisaged the powers, authority and responsibilities of Panchayats. It has 29 subjects (market, road and drinking water etc.). This schedule was added by 73rd Amendment Act of 1992. / भारतीय संविधान की ग्यारहवीं अनुसूची में पंचायतों की शक्तियों, अधिकारों और जिम्मेदारियों की परिकल्पना की गई है। इसमें 29 विषय (बाजार, सड़क और पेयजल आदि) हैं। यह अनुसूची 1992 के 73वें संशोधन अधिनियम द्वारा जोड़ी गई थी।
